Quest Generator works without collecting personal information. Here is exactly what stays on your phone—and what never leaves it.

Information we collect
Quest Generator does not collect, transmit, sell, rent, or share personal information. The app has no analytics, ads, tracking technologies, accounts, or third-party software development kits.
Information stored on your device
Your saved quests, recent quests, filter preferences, and appearance choice are stored locally so those features work between launches. Versions with Quest Trails also store trail progress and optional memories locally. This information is not sent to us and we cannot access it. Apple may process app data included in a device or iCloud backup according to your Apple settings and Apple’s own privacy terms.
Sharing a quest
When you choose Share, the app gives the selected quest text or locally rendered keepsake image or text to Apple’s standard share sheet. You decide which app or person receives it. In versions with Quest Trails, memories are excluded from keepsake sharing unless you explicitly turn on Include my memory. Cards are not automatically saved to Photos or uploaded. Any service you choose through the share sheet operates under its own privacy policy.
Retention and deletion
Saved and recent quest information stays on your device until you remove the app or erase its data. You can remove an individual saved quest by tapping its heart again. In versions with Quest Trails, Clear trail progress removes only the selected trail’s progress, memory, and keepsake after confirmation. Undo completion retains its memory. Reset All in Quest filters resets filters and appearance, not trail data. There is no server-side account or personal record for us to delete.
Children’s privacy
Quest Generator does not knowingly collect personal information from children or anyone else. Its activities are general lifestyle suggestions and are not a substitute for adult supervision, professional advice, or appropriate safety judgment.
This website
This website does not use cookies, analytics, advertising pixels, contact forms, or cross-site tracking. Its hosting provider may process standard technical logs, such as an IP address and request time, to deliver and secure the site under the provider’s own terms.
Changes to this policy
If the app’s data practices change, this policy and the App Store privacy disclosure will be updated before the change takes effect. The effective date will also be revised.
